At Hexagon Webworks, I welcome on-going interaction with clients, and you’re always free to give me a ring if you get stuck with your website for any reason!
But some clients just don’t want the hassle of managing on-going updates to their website content. Some are ok with the standard stuff, but want someone to look after the more complicated bits.
My clients therefore have the option of:
- A full maintenance service – I will look after the updating of all content, based on your instructions (via e-mail or telephone)
- Maintenance support – help with some of the more tricky aspects of updating your content, such as adding pages, image editing, etc.
